The owners wished to create a home away from home surrounding the apartment with a fresh holiday feel, whilst integrating a timeless and elegant style.
“The style was to be a double volume, airy space taking advantage of the proximity to the beach and sea,” they explain. The structure and penthouse design were created by architectural firm, EPA, which undertook the entire development, but the owners did add a few personal features like the cross-over bridge which connects the living area to the outdoor pool and decking space.
The owners decided on a less cluttered and modern beach feel that complements the striking surroundings. M and M Space Design was given the task of designing an interior that is functional yet eye-catching. A calm, fresh and crisp beach feel with minimal clutter and open welcoming living areas was created.
Natural tranquil blues and crisp pristine whites dominate and permeate the home, blending effortlessly with the clean-cut lines of the apartment whilst mirroring the breaking waves along the harbour’s shoreline.
