Easy 5-minute pizza

This pizza requires no pizza dough. Yes, you read correctly – no need to make pizza dough. Simply use wraps to make quick lunches and fun party snacks. You’ll love them and your kids will love them.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 x wrap

Cheddar cheese – grated

Tomato – thinly sliced

Salami – sliced

Fresh basil

Other toppings include;
Mushrooms, onions, avocado, blue cheese, peppers, chilli, artichokes, olives, thinly sliced aubergine, Parmesan mozzarella, feta, Parma ham, rocket, parsley…

Recipe:

1 Preheat your oven to 250°C.

2 Place the wrap on a heat-resistant plate.

3 Place the wrap under the grill for 1 minute to harden it slightly.

4 Add the cheese, tomatoes and salami.

5 Place under the grill ( keep an eye on it) for about 4 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the outside of the wrap is slightly crisp.

6 Remove from the oven and add the basil.

7 Cut into slices and eat.
