In fact, this specific site on the stand provides the best view,” says the home owner. The architect was given strict instructions when designing this north-facing home. “The architect had to make sure that I have a good view and that there is privacy from the main road as well as the servitude road.
“We can build two houses on the stand and the architect also had to make sure that the second dwelling would not take the privacy of the current dwelling away,” says the owner.
The garden is massive with plenty of lawn and a good-size swimming pool to keep guests and children entertained.
