Located in an estate in one of Cape Town’s most desirable suburbs, Hout Bay, the expansive property was renovated to fit the family’s needs and lifestyle.
“The owners requested a larger swimming pool with timber decking further away from the house in a more sunny space of the plot. The existing pool was too small for full enjoyment and was also overcast by shade for most of the day,” says the architect.
