Designed to resemble a French Provencal manor, the architect from New Age Studio was meticulous and efficient in designing the foundation of the home. Clean lines result in open spaces that merge and flow seamlessly throughout. In so doing, the home has an atmosphere and ambience that is perfectly suited to entertaining and relaxed living.
By using numerous large doors and ample windows, an abundance of natural light and air filters into the home. The interior spaces were decorated by the owners themselves. The end result leaves one awestruck – with its classical theme that resembles an English countryside home mixed with a European feel.
The culinary space, with its specialist antique paint technique, centralised island, antique chandelier and designer cabinetry leaves one feeling like they are in the heart of an opulent countryside home. Natural materials such as wooden floors, stone cladding, dark wood for the cabinetry, organic bricks and natural stone tiles all come together to enhance the timeless and wholesome appeal.
With a love for entertaining, the owners had their hearts set on creating a well established and fully equipped entertainment area. The interior spaces, namely the lounge and bar area, flow onto the fully furnished outdoor patio which is also kitted with a built-in braai as well as a
stunning pool which overlooks an immaculate landscape.
