A place called home

“I believe that each client has specific needs and by working with their architectural style preferences the perfect solution is always to create spaces around their own lifestyle,” explains Pieter.

The end result is a stately structure that is timeless in appeal and designed in such a way that it not only offers great privacy from neighbours, but maximises the picturesque views of the estate. Spanning two storeys, this residence is comfortable and inviting, with four spacious en suite bedrooms.

Neutral colours and earthy tones were key when deciding on the decor and The Paint Café’s standard colour canvas made it easy to match the furniture and accessories. “I prefer the dark wooden and leather textures to the modern metal and glass surfaces,” says the lady of the house, who went about decorating it without the help of a professional.

In addition to a spacious kitchen, lounge, TV room and dining room, this beautiful home also boasts a separate upstairs entertainment area for the kids. Here one will also find a landing area with a breathtaking view of the golf course.

By maximising the views, this relatively small stand was transformed into the ideal site for this dream home.
