African ambition

By Justine Olivier, Project Consultant Sharon Richards, Photography Nic Baleta

As one gazes up at the magnetic beauty of the external structure of the home, one is met with an abode unlike any other. Entry into this immaculate abode is nothing short of breathtaking.

As we venture into the abode we are met with an amalgamation of neutral to dark furnishings hinting towards a unique blend of an African/Bali theme.

The kitchen is an entertainer’s dream – fully stocked with the latest in contemporary appliances. The layout and design maximise the use of space. What draws attention to this kitchen, in particular, is the creative use of glass seamlessly blended with a neutral wooden hue, dark contrasting marble, perfectly finished off with silver.

The bathroom has an essence of sophistication seen through the use of a frameless shower and spacious bath as well as smooth-textured tiles. The main bedroom, spacious in design, follows suit with the rest of the interior decor exuding a tranquil African ambience through the use of soft furnishings and design.

This home is the perfect example of elegance combined with a tranquil African theme.
