This colourful and friendly boutique is the fine work of architectural firm, Space Agency, and the dynamic Australian interior outfit, Arent & Pyke. Catering for one and all, Alex Hotel wins hands down for their outstanding customer service, ensuring all clientele are fully informed of their choices to enjoy the city of Perth to the full.
As stated on their website, ‘While our bedrooms are little creative spaces to dream, sleep and think, we believe a hotel should be like a home, with shared communal space for living’, I’m under the impression that you are made to feel completely at home here. The mezzanine lounge caught my eye as a comfortable and vibrant space to relax and plan your days’ activities, whilst the roof terrace invites you to drink in the fabulous urban views in comfort.
Surprisingly affordable, Alex Hotel makes for an excellent all round choice. With 74 rooms on offer, all with varying price points, there is something for everyone. So if it’s a quick overnight stay you are after, or a family of five wanting to hole up for the week, you need not look any further.
