With children of varying ages and different social needs, this family had outgrown its rather traditional Tuscan-style home in an intimate estate. So they looked for a property that would allow for connected, open spaces where they could spend time together as a family and also entertain friends throughout the year, irrespective of the season.
“Our new home is modern, open-plan and more suited to our older children and entertaining friends and family,” say the owners. It therefore incorporates a pergola, a fire pit and a TV/games room, to name just a few of the relaxation areas.
