The project management was done by Synergy Turnkey Projects which managed the architectural design, construction, landscaping, interior design and decor. This all-encompassing service includes the appointment of an architect, going out on tender to find a suitable builder and most importantly managing clients’ budgets. These owners also utilised the added service offered by Synergy Turnkey Projects, a showroom on the premises where selections of fittings, finishes, and furniture are made available to clients and the public for convenient shopping.
