Following up on its collaboration with Marcel Wanders in 2018, Roche Bobois presents the Nativ collection designed by Raphael Navot. This collection embodies Roche Bobois’s key values of creative boldness and quality manufacturing.

With the Nativ collection, Navot has designed furniture made with natural and organic lines. The collection is a dialogue between culture and nature, signed by Navot’s expertise of geometric and spontaneous forms over craft-made and noble material pieces.

The Design Academy Eindhoven graduate identifies himself as a non-industrial designer. In Paris he produced the Club Silencio in collaboration with David Lynch, and the Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers. He combines artisanal methods with contemporary know-how and designs custom-made furniture for each project.

This year Roche Bobois will also present the new Nouveaux Classiques collection. Inspired by classic French furniture from the 18th and 20th century, this collection transcends time and trends, taking the best of each era and combining it with contemporary design.

For this collection, iconic designer Sacha Lakic created the Eden-Rock range of furniture. He used a mixture of influences, from the Louis XVI style to the industrial furniture of post-war America. Carrara marble evokes opulence, luxurious cherry wood slats create rhythm, and solid brass offers subtle shine throughout. He also redesigned the brand’s iconic Cocoon Sofa which is now available in Kenzō Takada fabric.
