From its open-plan layout with defined spaces to each detail, everything about this home reflects the owner’s incredible sense of style.
From the exteriors to the interiors, a sophisticated and classic look has been created in a French provencal style. Great attention has been paid to detail, and nothing has been left to chance. The grand staircase that joins the two levels of the house boasts elegant wrought-iron decorative balustrades with intricate designs – with wrought-iron designs also seen in some door handles. Decorative pressed ceilings and cornices add visual dynamics and textures to the interior spaces.
The home owner used her flair and passion for interior design to adorn the interiors with a neutral palette of hues – an excellent choice to achieve a stylish appeal. Luxury has been subtly injected with curtains in raw silks, enhanced by decorative rods, as well as wall coverings in creams and touches of gold. The natural stone floor has been complemented with oriental rugs that create interesting focal points and underfoot comfort.
Chandeliers and side lamps gracefully illuminate the spaces. Special attention was given to the design of the kitchen and bathroom, where the owner went all out to create opulent spaces that are fully functional and classic in their appeal. Superior-quality workmanship, coupled with high-end products, fittings, fixtures and finishes, ensure that these rooms remain two of the most chic spaces in the home.
