Three bottles of 2015 Nitida Calligraphy wine, valued at R190 each

Nitida strategically follows a traditional but personalised approach to making wine. It believes that beautiful wines come from day-to-day thoughtful management in the vineyards. At harvest, the winemakers pick on the tried and true indicators of flavour and appearance. The grapes are de-stemmed and individual berries are sorted across a vibrating table ensuring only the best grapes make their way to fermentation tanks. The wine is then matured in 100% French oak (38% new oak) for 12 months followed by light filtration before bottling.
