Developers with a clear 2020 vision

Craft Homes is planning several new project launches for the last quarter of 2020. Having recently sold out an entire development of 184 modern apartments at Waterfall Ridge, the company is poised to end 2019 on a high and take this momentum into next year. Uncommon in the current residential market, this impetus can be attributed to Craft’s commitment to quality, its continuous awareness of development opportunities and the ability to adapt to the needs of home buyers.

Waterfall Ridge

Established developments such as Stonefields in Broadacres, the brand-new Melrose View in Sandton and the above-mentioned Waterfall Ridge in Midrand have enjoyed great traction in the Joburg market. In Pretoria East, Craft Homes is also selling at The Retreat, which caters for an active retirement lifestyle, and the company’s spacious stands at The Ridge are bound to sell out soon. Craft Homes also offers the “river life” or a round of golf at their prestigious Heron Banks Golf & River Estate on the Vaal.

New developments include Highbridge, the first of two niche developments set to launch in the leafy suburb of Bryanston, and The Woods, which will feature a variety of duplex homes in Kyalami. In Broadacres, Waterberry will launch in early 2020 and is based on Craft Homes’ popular Stonefields concept of three- and four-bedroom family homes fitted with high-end finishes and SMEG appliances.

Melrose View

Marketing head Jessica Cabanita says the company’s approach to residential development is simple: “From concept to final fittings, we always put ourselves in our clients’ shoes. We know that it’s the care that goes into every home that makes the difference. We don’t just build homes, we craft them for life.”
