A new build was what this family decided to do; however, they wanted to keep some old values too.
“We didn’t want the house to feel like a new build, we wanted it to have the character and warmth of an old family home,” says the owner. “To achieve this, we included features like wooden floors throughout, high ceilings, old-fashioned architraves, skirting and door handles as well as Victorian sanware.”
