Opting for a modern design, with a good mix of steel, glass, wood and brick, the home owners specified open spaces, lots of natural light and clean lines.
They chose this estate because of its proximity to schools, shopping centres and hospitals, and for many of the amenities it offers. In addition, being close to the highway, Sandton and Pretoria made it an ideal central location.
“We have lived in this area for many years. I remember riding my dirt bikes over this land before it was developed. We spent time looking for the ideal stand, and found a north-facing property with a southerly drop and entrance, making it ideal for what we had in mind,” the home owner says.
