The home owners chose this area to live in a few years ago as it had everything they needed for their young family. “When we moved here the area was new, with a new primary school and shops very close by. Security was excellent and it seemed like a great investment,” says the owner.
The family loves to entertain and to do that they use the entire home, which is built in a U-shape. “We love entertaining so wanted a house where you can cook and see your guests at the same time,” says the home owner. The safety of the children is also a priority and the design allows the children freedom under the watchful eye of mom and dad. “We can view the play area from all the main areas in the home,” says the owner. They also chose a single-storey design to accommodate their young children.
