“This was the first time my husband and I have ever embarked on building a new house. We were very nervous and used every opportunity to consult with friends and family before we decided to make any decisions. The lifestyle options with the bike/walking path, dams, malls and schools in the estate made this estate very attractive to our young family,” says the home owner.
