This new build proved to be quite demanding and testing due to the site’s situation alongside a lake. It entailed excavation work to clear the site. “It was a challenging project for the architects as certain trees were not allowed to be removed, so the space in which to build the home was very limited,” says the designer.
However, all that is forgotten when one sees the finished product in all its glory. This unique home consists of two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen living room area, a loft, a garage, and a beautiful front patio.
