With a classical architectural style reminiscent of the Colonial era, the exteriors come together with an exposed facebrick and pitched green roof, contrasted by white finishes such as the columns and garage doors.
The open-plan layout of the downstairs areas was designed with communal living in mind. There is a seamless flow between the dining space, living room and the outside patio. The kitchen is a culinary space with white cabinets and light-coloured tiles. Contrast has been innovatively injected with the use of dark countertops.
The owner enjoyed decorating the interiors and adds that she did all the work herself. Created with a palette of whites and creams with touches colour combined with some dark pieces of furniture, she describes her style as smart but casual.
The three young children can enjoy the large garden that keeps them entertained for hours with a wendy house, trampoline and swimming pool. If that is not enough the triple garage has also been converted into a playroom.
This is a true family home that caters for everyone’s needs, while the owners’ hospitality ensures that guests are always welcomed with open arms and hearts.
