Having just returned from a two week trip to the UK, I’m feeling ever more inspired by fellow designers who are really pushing the boundaries in the world of interiors.
One such company is UK-based Godrich Interiors. Founder, Ed Godrich, started out in an architectural capacity, however soon realised that his passion was one for interiors. This led to a very impressive work portfolio, including a stint with Kelly Hoppen’s company. Having achieved respect in the design community, Ed, along with an old friend, Rupert Hunt, decided to go at it alone and I for one am very glad he did!
Godrich Interiors is a true inspiration; brave, creative and uber stylish. I defy you not to agree! Godrich describes its design approach as: “Organic, a little mismatched and eclectic, often tinged with a quintessentially British flavour.” This mix is a fool-proof formula in creating an interior that has the appearance of growing over time rather than being all shiny and new.
Boasting an international portfolio, ranging from Ibiza to Hong Kong, I predict Godrich Interiors will soon be widely known and hugely desired.
