The home owner chose this estate for the quality of life it has to offer the family. “The estate is a great option for those who enjoy the country feel yet don’t want to be too far out. It’s also within arm’s reach of new shopping centres and the airport, which is handy. The estate also has a large mountain bike community and lots of trails that are easy to access,” says the owner.
In keeping with the country feel of the environment, the owner went for an open and natural atmosphere when designing the home. “I was going after an open airy feel and wanted to introduce a modern, light industrial feel with a minimalistic rustic vibe,” says the owner.
