Upon entry, one is greeted by a picturesque and classic garden that exudes the calming scent of lavender from its perfectly manicured hedges. A three-tier water feature further enhances the theme of relaxation with the soothing sound of water that can be heard all around house.
The owners set out to create an abode that is warm and friendly, where family and friends could be easily entertained. Designed in a double-volume format, the house is host to an abundance of large open windows and French doors which allow for plenty of natural light to flow in seamlessly.
Five spacious bedrooms are found on the upper level, all with en-suite bathrooms and each with is own unique style. The two children’s rooms each reflect their own individual identity. The master bedroom lends itself to a Moroccan feel, with the use of a warm colour palette in shades of deep red and brown.
The family lounge, kitchen and bar room on the lower level interlink to the covered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool. The rustic culinary space was created to reflect a warm country allure. With fantastic paint technique in tones of cream and green along with the use of light and dark wood, the kitchen truly is the heart of the home.
This house truly is everything a luxurious family home should be, and so much more.
