The ability to visualise a new house on the site of a run-down property overlooking the Atlantic Ocean saw a forward-thinking home owner build his dream luxury home.
From the road, the home has a deceptively low profile. All that’s visible is a garage, a stone wall and, peeking over the top, a low-slung window. The drama of the property is revealed inside where spacious terraces lead down to a private pool and deck.
A lift has been installed within the home to make moving between the different levels easy but there is also a staircase for those who prefer to walk between floors.
