Working with S.W. Architects gave these home owners the perfect opportunity for their dreams to materialise. Since the home owners are very social people, an imperative part of the brief was to create accessible entertainment areas. Keeping this in mind, the home was designed to incorporate a bar area, a wine cellar and an impressive outside entertainment area. One of the many design highlights of this home is the shielded courtyard with the floating spiral staircase.
With the help of West Designs, an upmarket interior design company, this home’s interiors are a force to be reckoned with. Bold colours and a variety of patterns including stripes all merge together, resulting in striking yet visually pleasing areas. The four bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, make use of bright as well as warm earthy colours, creating a playful contrast. Adding depth and texture to the walls of the home is the variety of wallpaper and grand artworks that can be seen throughout.
Exquisite chandeliers were used to reinforce the elegance of the home and are indeed a feature in their own right.
