Having lived happily in the same neighbourhood for the past 30 years, the home owners weren’t looking for a drastic change of scenery.
But by moving the entertainment areas to the second floor and the bedrooms down to the first of their new build, their home environment is suddenly new again.
“We asked our architect for a big entertainment area and lots of open space. By swopping the house around, we’re able to enjoy the views from our entertainment areas upstairs,” says the owner.
