A central utility room from where the pulse of the house is controlled is where the generator kicks in when Eskom fails, and all controls facilitating the irrigation system, pool pumps, compressors, borehole motor and solar heating system. From an environmental perspective, the most effective utilisation of water is achieved here due to a greywater recycling system that mixes grey water with borehole water pumped from nearby, purely for irrigation purposes.
The magnificently lush landscaped garden, patio and potted plants are testimony to just how effective this system really is. From an indoor living perspective, the owner’s wife says her designer kitchen is ultra modern, practical and state of the art all in one. The central living area, brightened by daylight creates a relaxed ambience. A sense of luxury and comfort prevails throughout the adjoining living areas as well as the elegant bedrooms where beautiful tiles provide non-slip underfoot comfort in subtle tones, and magnificent fabrics adorn the many large windows.
