The four levels over which the house stretches, provide the delightful child and user-friendly environment the owners wanted. An elegant, contemporary-style home where world class views can be enjoyed.
AWA Engineering and Maintenance, a local in the area well known for its superior workmanship in specialist structural engineering, conducted the engineering, maintenance and steel works. Matthew Spurrier of Spurrier Construction, who carried out the building work on this site, says that due to the prominent clay content of the soil in the area, the earthworks required cutting into the plot to accommodate the unique swimming pool.
Set between two levels it provides panoramic ocean views where both privacy and accessibility were prioritised in the design. Interior designer and decor specialist, Grant Webster of Fahrenheit Design says that one specification was for colours rich in tone and texture, that are easy to live with. He says that what Fahrenheit Design delivered to its client was a complete solution, an immaculately furnished and finished home in exquisite style. This home offers some stunning nooks and corners including a bar and games room, steam room as well as sauna where guests and family members can escape to.
Alternatively, when the family and friends want to gather downstairs in the courtyard for breakfast, it provides a sheltered solid wood outdoor dining table in full view of green olive trees.
As memorable holidays go, this gorgeous home sets the tone for timeless moments, in comfort and a superb environment.
