Even though a large portion of style was dictated by the development itself, the home owners brought their own style and ideas into their home.
Nature surrounds the home, and incorporating it into the house was a key feature. Large patios dominate the exterior of the home creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
Leading into the home, large stacking doors and windows allow for natural light to seep through the home. Each room is defined by textured elements, natural stone features or added touches of colour to break the natural palette of hues used throughout the home.
New modern furniture was intricately incorporated with some of the family’s exciting belongs, adding a personal comfy touch throughout. Jarvis and Jarvis helped add the final touches to their perfect home. Together they were able to synergise the old with the new, create luxurious bedrooms and modern chic bathrooms, while still creating a comfortable family home to be enjoyed daily.
“We were intimately involved with the complete construction of our home, but it was still a wonderful moment when we spent our first night in our new home. This was the first time I had built a new home and it will be the last,” concludes one of the home owners.
