The latest Cala outdoor collection from Kettal – available at Marlanteak – has a retro yet modern look and feel.
Designed by Doshi Levien, the armchair is the collection’s showstopper, inspired by the iconic Emanuelle or “Peacock” chair.
The range combines organic curves with woven latticed rope. Whilst boasting a commanding presence, the aesthetic is simultaneously light and airy thanks to the open lattice pattern of the woven rope.
Cala incorporates armchairs, dining chairs, sofas, ottomans, dining and coffee tables. Customisation is a key element of this collection with a choice of metal coatings, rope colours, fabrics, table tops plus metal or timber foot options.
The dining and coffee table pieces are monolithic in style and provide a contrast to the lightness of the chairs. These tables come in a variety of timber and marble options.
