On the lookout for a home in the Cape, the Johannesburg-based owners sought an apartment that was within a highly secured block overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It was love at first sight when they saw this luxe apartment block that offered them flexibility and convenience when in the city.
“We needed a home away from home, a space where we could stay as long as we needed and which was accessible at a whim, which a hotel wouldn’t be able to offer,” says the owner.
The building features high-end interior finishes and Italian appliances. It has a beautiful rim-flow pool, basement parking, as well as a restaurant, a convenience store and a pharmacy on the ground-floor level.
