This home was designed by Johan Venter from iArchitects. Situated in an ideal location boasting a panoramic view over the spectacular dam, the orientation of the structure was determined with the breathtaking view in mind, along with other influencing factors such as sun and wind direction.
The open-plan design of the interior creates unity throughout the living areas while at the same time exudes a unqiue and individual style through each room. The dining area flows seamlessly towards the kitchen and down towards the lounge area. While the interior comprises a pale hue, playful spurts of vibrant red and orange, carefully placed, elicit the captivating and charming ambience evident throughout the home. This is contrasted tastefully by well-chosen dark furnishing. This interesting colour combination can be seen throughout the home, bringing the living spaces to life with simplistic yet elegant interior design. The main bedroom, while minimalistic in nature, emits a serene and amicable ambience while simultaneously holding an opulence exuding from the classy choice of furnishings.
The outdoor area, while catering for the magnificent view, is adorned with opulent outdoor furnishings providing luxurious comfort for outdoor entertainment. The home owners created a special seated area in front of the home to specifically overlook the impressive view.
The residents regard the whole endeavour as a huge success as iArchitects followed their stipulations faultlessly giving them a home that exudes the very essence of comfortable and stylish living.
