Italian owner Barbara Miolini dreamt of a place where people from across the globe can join together to share stories and allow all of their cares to melt away. Sounds divine, doesn’t it? Of course, this experience is heightened by the Italian cuisine on offer and the fact that it’s set in delightful gardens, with peacocks making an appearance while you sip on a cocktail.
The interior is a sight to behold. You can forgive Dutch designer Marie-Anne Oudejans for the clash of palatial Orient and classic colonial Indian touches, as it really doesn’t offend – rather, it enhances the experience. The signature blue is reminiscent of Italy and seals the identity of Bar Palladio.
The individual tented canopies dotted outside also make for a pretty picture as you watch the sun go down.
