“We wanted our home to be timeless and relevant, regardless of the year,” the owner reveals. “The exterior has a classic elegance to it. Having a white house with a black roof really makes it stand out from the other, earth-toned homes in the estate. And the U-shape around the swimming pool makes for a lovely entertainment patio that leads out directly from the open-plan kitchen.”
