“Being less than 5km away from work, shops, restaurants and mountain bike trails, the location proves to be not only convenient for me but special since it’s surrounded by grasslands and nature, and all the natural beauty that comes with that,” says the owner.
Having acquired the architectural design directly from the estate’s developer, the owner made some amendments to ensure it met her needs. “This included wall extensions, larger windows and additional sliding doors to maximise the views, increase my interior space and create a fresh open feeling,” says the owner.
