Safety and location played an important role when building this home. “It’s central, close to my work, close to my children’s school, has a good resale value and it’s safe. The security company does vehicle and foot patrols and we also have a very good regional police station that patrols the area,” says the home owner.
The entire family had an input when it came to creating this modern and spacious home. “It’s truly our home,” says the owner.
The living area is spacious and brimming with light. The home is done in neutral tones with different flashes of colour in each room, awakening your senses and adding to the uniqueness of each room.
