The House of Mandela is a brand conceived and owned by the progeny of Mandela. It is a truly South African creation, comprising three single Royal Reserve varietals – Chardonnay from Thelema, Cabernet Sauvignon from Harteberg and Shiraz from Fairview.
A sparkling wine – Methode Cap Classique from Villeria – as well as six Thembu Collection Fairtrade varietals: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage, were released a month ago from Cistrusdal.
These popular wines stem from the best-of-breed wine regions in the country, namely Stellenbosch, Paarl and Citrusdal.
