Ideally located in a pristine golf estate, this home is nothing short of breathtaking. The home is designed in such a way that it blends seamlessly with the horizon, embracing its natural surroundings. Modern in design, the architecture ingeniously incorporates earthy elements making particular use of steel, wood and glass.

Boasting a modern rustic style, the home is open-plan, creating a fluid flow between each separate living space. A brilliant combination of neutral, light and dark hues span the interior spaces, resulting in a visually pleasing and serene living environment. An array of unique art pieces adorns the walls and rooms adding personality and character while accentuating the hues and furnishings.

“We went for modern and rustic furniture and artwork, as well as natural elements that do not date,” explains the home owner, “with bright colours to enhance the features in the house”.

While the main living space is open-plan in design, with each furnishing piece representing the purpose of a specific space, a dual-fireplace is ingeniously situated in the centre – providing ambience for the general area while defining the dining and kitchen area from the lounge area.

The owners, who wanted to keep the interior spaces clean, fresh, and welcoming, opted to install a Beam central vacuum system that reduces allergy symptoms by ridding each space of airborne particles. What makes this system so functional is the fact that the Beam vacuum receptacle is vented outside of the living space, ensuring that the air inside the home is free of pollutants.

While each room in this home has its own unique appeal, nothing captivates these residents like the main bedroom does and it’s not hard to see why. The main bedroom offers space with a 7m panoramic view of the Magaliesberg Mountains. What makes it so enthralling is that this view can also be seen from the bathroom with the outside shower providing an uninterrupted view of the T-box and green of the par 3 at the Els Club.
